Houseboat Rentals - No Experience Needed!

There's no better way to enjoy a lake vacation. Combine the comforts of a large hotel room with being mobile on the water, and you'll enjoy the lake like you never have before! If you've never piloted a houseboat, no worry. The folks at Bull Shoals Lake Boat Dock will take you out for a half-hour lesson. They'll show you all you need to know on driving the boat, using all the features, and safety issues. You can fish, swim, scuba dive, sunbathe, and have cook-outs anywhere you desire along the 1,000 miles of Bull Shoals Lake shoreline. There's hundreds of coves you can privately experience. Enjoy hot and cold running water, flushing toilets, showers, refrigerators, ranges, microwaves, color TV and VCR, air conditioning, wet bars, and comfortable furniture. There's room for as many as 14 people on some of our boats. Many people also rent a fishing or ski boat to tow along for extra fun. Our houseboating packages are popular with fishing & scuba groups, families, or couples seeking a romantic get-away.

No experience what-so-ever is necessary to fully enjoy your 50', or 60' houseboat. Our custom designed boats are equipped to be commanded by even the most landlocked of "landlubbers". However, we provide at no extra charge a shakedown cruise and full instructions on the simple operative procedures and the use of the many on-board conveniences.

New Deluxe 60' House Boats !

The pride of our houseboat fleet are these two beauties that arrived in late spring of 2004. They are 60' Deluxe houseboats custom designed and custom built according to our specifications. Each boat is 60 feet long and 16 feet wide. They sleep 10 to 14 people in 4 private bedrooms (2 queens and 2 full beds) plus 2 full size sofas and small upper cuddy. Each boat also has 2 full bathrooms, a water slide, a gas grill, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, 2 refrigerators, dinette, counter, driving bridge, sundeck, party top, central heat and AC, TV/VCR/DVD, stereo, 2 outboard engines, and swim deck. These are pontoon style boats with reverse floor plans with kitchen/living room combos. Please note we DO NOT allow pets on these boats!

Charter Policies For Houseboat Rentals 1. Reservations
		A reservation deposit of $500 per charter period is required to reserve a 50' houseboat, and a $1000 deposit is required for a 60' Deluxe houseboat. You will receive confirmation upon receipt of deposit.
		Deposit must be received within 7 days of booking. Unless other arrangements have been made, your reservation will be removed without notification after 7 days.
		VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX, personal checks, travelers checks will be accepted for deposit.
		CANCELLATION POLICY - Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances.
		Deposit is promptly refundable if reservations cannot be honored due to filled schedule or condition beyond our control.
2. Payment of Charter Fee - Damage Deposit
		The total charter fee is payable in full prior to boarding the houseboat.
		$100 of your reservation deposit ($250 for 60' Deluxe boats) will be held as a damage deposit until the end of your trip at which time, it will be refunded to you in full, minus the gas used, providing the houseboat is returned on time, undamaged, in a clean state, and with complete inventory.
		Prior to departure you will be required to sign a house boat charter agreement making you responsible for loss or damage to the boat while under your operation.
3. Departure
		You will be given a check-out cruise prior to your departure to acquaint you with the operation of the boat.
		Your houseboat will be ready for boarding SOMETIME between 12:00 p.m. and 5:00/6:00 p.m. or as soon as our staff and maids have completed their work. You can arrive as early as you want on departure day but BE PREPARED TO WAIT until your boat is ready. If you get on it earlier than expected then think of it as a bonus. Most of the houseboats are returning the same morning you are scheduled to depart. It takes some time to clean and check these boats. You and your party may have to wait for your houseboat to be ready. The best thing to do is call us and see when your boat might be available. THANK YOU.
4. Late Departure After 5:00 p.m.
		All houseboats must be out of the harbor at least one hour before dark to give you sufficient time to find a cove and tie up for the night. Late arrivals will spend the night on a sea anchor at the marina for your safety.
Things You Should Know
		Gasoline for operation of engines is NOT included in quoted rates. All tanks are full at departure time and refilled on return. You pay only for fuel used.
		A charge of $50 per hour is assessed for late return of houseboat.
		Call for  departure time - First party ready to load gets first boat ready to go - some boats may be ready early.
		There is a $35 extra charge per pet on 50' boats. NO PETS ALLOWED ON 60' BOATS
		You must provide your own life jacket for children under 12.
		Refunds will not be made on boats returned early.
		To avoid misunderstanding concerning breakdowns, accidents, or inclement weather, or loss of cruising time, we call your attention to the following policy: We check all mechanical equipment prior to your departure. You need not accept your boat until you are satisfied with your boat and equipment. However, once upon the lake, you alone are responsible for its operation. Under these circumstances we cannot be responsible for any loss of cruising time due to: mechanical failure, weather, collision, or other physical mishaps, illness or personal accidents.
		One more night option - subject to availability. Our schedule still allows us to permit some of our guests to board the houseboat the evening prior to their departure. THIS SERVICE IS AVAILABLE FOR A LIMITED NUMBER OF HOUSEBOATS AND WILL COST AN ADDITIONAL $75.

We also have a wide range of bass and fishing boat rentals. You'll find everything from 16' fiberglass fishing boats,a fully equipped 90 h.p. Ranger Fisherman, and other bass boats. We offer a full line of accessories including trolling motors, fish-finders, lights for night-fishing, life jackets, rods and reels, or any other item you may need. We have outboards ranging from 9.9 h.p. to 150 h.p. You may rent a boat for five hours, or twelve hours. All of our fishing boats and outboards are new, clean, and in excellent condition.

Deck, Ski, & Pontoon Boat Rentals - Wave Runners Too! Deck boats have become very popular because they are so versatile. They combine the comfort of a pontoon boat with the speed and maneuverability of a run-about. Deck boats are great for water-skiing, fishing, and group fun. All of our deck and smaller pontoon boats are new each year. They are clean, well maintained, and easy to operate. There are a number of private coves and inlets not far from the marina where you can picnic, swim, fish, water-ski, and just plain relax. Rates are shown in the tables below
